These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of brookwear.com (the "Website") and any purchase you make from us. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Payment Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy.

brookwear.com is operated by Takeover Enterprises LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, under the brand name Brookwear. 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state of residence, to place an order. We sell to consumers for personal use and ship to addresses within the United States only.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Product listings on the Website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy, and it is accepted when we send you an email confirming it. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we refund any amount paid in full.

4. Prices, Taxes and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping within the United States is free. Payment is taken when you place your order — see our Payment Policy for details.

5. Shipping, Title and Risk of Loss

Estimated shipping and delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Title to the products and risk of loss pass to you when the products are delivered to the shipping address you provided.

6. Returns and Refunds

You may return items within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Product Information

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may look different depending on your screen, and garment measurements may vary slightly from our size charts. If a product is not as described, your remedy is to return it under our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping access to it secure and for activity that takes place under it. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or scrape or copy its content by automated means.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection laws of the state where you live. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction, including a small claims court in the county where you live.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one posted on the Website when you placed the order.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Website and your purchases.
