Accepted Payment Methods

The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout before you pay. We only accept the payment methods shown there. We will never ask you to pay by any other means, such as a bank transfer requested by email.

All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD, $).

When Payment Is Taken

Payment is taken in full when you place your order.
Your order is processed once payment has been authorized.
If a payment is declined or fails, the order is not placed.

Prices, Taxes and Delivery Charges

The total price of your order, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, is shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Delivery within the United States is free on all orders.
Prices may change from time to time, but a change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we will contact you before dispatch so you can either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Payment Security

Our checkout is protected by SSL/TLS encryption.
Card details are entered on a secure checkout and processed by our payment providers. We do not see or store your full card number.

Refunds

Refunds are made to the original payment method, in line with our Refund & Return Policy. We do not charge any fee for issuing a refund. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you notice a charge you do not recognize, or have any question about a payment, please contact us at support@brookwear.com so we can look into it straight away. This does not affect any rights you have with your bank or card provider.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers, we and our payment providers may run automated checks on orders. We may ask for additional verification, or cancel an order where we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized use of a payment method. If an order is canceled for this reason, any amount paid is refunded in full.
