You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for written permission signed by you and ask you to verify your identity directly with us.

Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision email with the subject line "Privacy Appeal". We will respond within the time required by your state's law. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state Attorney General.
